1. Purpose
This Affiliate Program is designed to increase brand awareness, marketing reach, and revenue generation for Kaiser Medical Management (KMM). Affiliates are engaged specifically to actively promote, market, and sell KMM products, including KX-11 Skincare Serum.
2. Affiliate Expectations (MANDATORY)
Affiliate agrees to actively market KMM products. Minimum requirements:
- Post at least 1 piece of promotional content per week (video, reel, story, or post); hashtag
#KX-11 #KX11 #skincarethatrepairs #kaiserpeptides #biohacking - Maintain active promotion across primary platform(s)
- Use provided messaging, brand positioning, and approved claims
- Engage audience (comments, DMs, responses)
Failure to meet activity requirements may result in removal from the program.
3. Commission Structure
- Base Commission: 20% per net sale
- 25% once Affiliate reaches $2,500/month in net sales (anything from $2,500 up will be at 25%)
- 30% once Affiliate reaches $7,500/month in net sales (anything from $7,500 up will be at 30%)
Commissions are based on NET sales (after refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and shipping).
If the referral uses a discount code or KMM is running a sale, the Affiliate will receive the NET
commission on the referral sale.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments issued monthly (Net-30)
- 30-day hold applied for refunds/chargebacks
- Minimum payout threshold: $100
- KMM reserves right to delay or adjust payments if discrepancies arise
5. Taxes
Affiliate is an independent contractor and is responsible for all taxes.
- Affiliate must submit a W9 (U.S.) or applicable tax form
- KMM will issue 1099 forms where required
- Affiliate is solely responsible for reporting income
6. Marketing & Brand Positioning
Affiliate must position KMM as a premium, medical-grade brand.
- No ‘cheap’, ‘discount’, or low-end positioning
- No false or unapproved medical claims. Be educational and provide your personal experience using the peptides
- Messaging must align with KMM brand standards
- All content must reflect professional, credible branding
7. Content Usage Rights
Affiliate grants KMM full rights to use, edit, distribute, and run paid ads using Affiliate-created
content without additional compensation.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Affiliate may NOT:
- Make false or misleading claims
- Use spam marketing
- Run unauthorized paid ads using KMM name
- Bid on KMM brand keyword
- Promote competing skincare brands or peptide brands while active – period.
9. Termination
KMM may terminate Affiliate at any time for:
- Lack of activity
- Brand damage
- Violation of agreement
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited in case of violation.
10. Independent Contractor
Affiliate is not an employee, partner, or agent of KMM. Affiliate operates independently.
11. Limitation of Liability
KMM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Affiliate participation.
12. Acceptance
By enrolling, Affiliate agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
