If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if an incorrect item was sent due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Upon verification, KMM may, at its sole discretion, replace the damaged or incorrect item. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by applicable law.
