KMM cordially invites your organization to participate in the JEFFERSON BANK Health & Wellness Fair scheduled FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2026 10AM – 1PM.
Details of the event:
- Event address: 1900 Broadway Bank, SAT 78215
- 400 employees. They estimate about 50% will participate in the health fair.
- Medical Insurance Information: BCBS PPO Dental: BCBS Vision: BCBS
- Set up time is between 9am – 9:45am on the day of.
- Flu shots will be provided at the health fair for the employees.
- We ask that all providers/vendors provide a door prize for the event that is to be turned in on arrival at the check in table.
