Jefferson bank flu shot clinic

Jefferson Bank Main Office Flu Shot Clinic will be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2023 1PM – 5PM. We ask that you sign up for a time slot to receive your flu shot vaccination. The flu shot is free for Jefferson Bank employees. Please make sure to print, fill out, and sign the flu vaccination waiver, write down your time on the form, and bring with you to the flu shot clinic the day of the Health Fair. No reminders will be sent, so please make sure to WRITE YOUR TIME ON FORM. The vitamin shot clinic will also be available.
