New braunsfels utilities flu shot clinic scheduling

Employee Flu Shot Clinics will be on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 8,2021 7:30AM – 11:30AM. It will be held at McKenna Museum Ballroom, 801 W. San Antonio St., New Braunfels, Texas 78130. Please schedule your flu shot date/time frame.

To make the process go faster, please print the pdf consent form, fill out completely, sign, and write your scheduled flu shot date/time. Bring the consent form with you to the Flu Shot Clinic. You WILL NOT be sent a reminder. ONLY CLICK ON ONE TIME FRAME.
