Raba kistner flu shot clinic

KMM will be providing a flu shot clinic on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2025 9AM – 12PM. The flu shots will be covered by Raba Kistner for employees. There will also be a vitamin shot clinic during this time for those interested, which is an employee paid program.

Please sign up, print flu shot consent form, write your scheduled flu shot appt. time on the form, and bring with you to the flu shot clinic. You will not receive a friendly reminder.
